FOUNDER
Mike Keller is committed to customer service in every professional relationship. That principle became a cornerstone of The Keller Firm when he founded it, and it continues to shape how the firm supports clients today. Over the course of his career, Mike has worked with hundreds of individuals and businesses, pairing responsive communication with practical legal strategy to help clients resolve disputes efficiently.
As the owner of The Keller Firm and a part-time real estate investor, Mike understands the realities clients face, including risk, uncertainty, and the need for clear, business-minded decision-making. He partners with clients to identify goals early, minimize exposure, and reduce unnecessary disruption, whether a matter is addressed pre-suit or after litigation has begun.
Mike is also a seasoned trial attorney. While he believes many disputes can be resolved through proactive planning, negotiation, or early resolution, he has the experience to take a case to trial when a client's objectives or the circumstances demand it.
Mike began his career at a boutique law firm in McKinney, Texas where he was selected by senior partners to try a multitude of trials within his first 18 months of practice. Subsequently, Mike joined a larger firm in downtown Dallas where he represented an array of business owners in disputes -- many with exposure into seven figures. Prior to founding The Keller Firm, Mike served as Assistant-Vice President / In-House Litigation Counsel for the nation's largest group of title companies and title insurance underwriters. There he prosecuted and defended lawsuits all over the state and in federal court on behalf of the company and its insureds – including Fortune 500 lenders and other industry leaders.
Mike received his Juris Doctor degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law where he served with distinction as a member of the Board of Barristers and National Mock Trial team and earned numerous awards for trial advocacy.
