MICHAEL "MIKE" KELLER
Mike is adamant about customer service in all businesses. So when he founded The Keller Firm, customer service was one of its core principles. Over the course of his career, Mike has focused on providing superior service to hundreds of individuals and businesses while simultaneously helping them to resolve their problems. As a small business owner and part-time real estate investor, Mike understands the ups and downs of each. He works with his clients to minimize risk to themselves and their businesses both before and after a lawsuit is filed.
Mike is a seasoned trial attorney. Although Mike believes many disagreements can be resolved without filing a lawsuit or taking a case to trial, he has the experience to try a case if the client or circumstances require a trial.
Mike began his career at a boutique law firm in McKinney, Texas where he was selected by senior partners to try a multitude of trials within his first 18 months of practice. Subsequently, Mike joined a larger firm in downtown Dallas where he represented an array of business owners in disputes -- many with exposure into seven figures. Prior to founding The Keller Firm, Mike served as Assistant-Vice President / In-House Litigation Counsel for the nation's largest group of title companies and title insurance underwriters. There he prosecuted and defended lawsuits all over the state and in federal court on behalf of the company and its insureds – including Fortune 500 lenders and other industry leaders.
Mike received his Juris Doctor degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law where he served with distinction as a member of the Board of Barristers and National Mock Trial team, and earned numerous awards for trial advocacy.
