INTAKE SPECIALIST
David Randall serves as an Intake Specialist with paralegal training and a client-first approach. He holds a Paralegal Certificate from NY Paralegal School, which supports his ability to guide prospective clients through the intake process with clarity, care, and attention to detail.
Over the past decade, David has held legal intake leadership roles with organizations including GSI/Thomson Reuters, FSX/Mozato, and DOAR/Wit Legal. He is known for listening closely, asking the right questions, and helping clients feel informed and supported from the first conversation.
Before transitioning into legal services, David spent 17 years as an executive in the entertainment industry, with experience in recording, publishing, licensing, artist management, media, and business affairs, including royalties and auditing. That background strengthened his ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and strong relationship stewardship.
Outside of work, David is an accomplished freelance musician. He enjoys baseball, bebop, and building long-term client relationships grounded in trust and consistency.
David holds a Bachelor of Music from William Paterson University and a Paralegal Certificate from NY Paralegal School.
