Casey Mounho
Associate
Casey provides thoughtful, strategic representation to clients involved in business and commercial disputes. Her experience includes matters involving breach of contract, non-compete agreements, fiduciary duty claims, and other business-related conflicts. She takes the time to understand each client's priorities and develops practical strategies designed to protect their interests and achieve meaningful results.
Originally from New Mexico, Casey has called Texas home for the past eight years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, with a minor in Spanish, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University. She later received her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was selected to represent the school's negotiation team in national competition. That experience strengthened the advocacy, communication, and problem-solving skills she brings to every matter, both in and out of the courtroom.
Outside the office, Casey enjoys spending time with her family, baking, reading, and exploring local coffee shops.
