Angie Canady is a seasoned paralegal with more than seven years of experience supporting Real Estate focused legal teams across title insurance defense, tort and contract litigation, and intellectual property matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Economics from the University of San Diego and earned her ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate with honors.
Bringing both legal rigor and deal execution strength, Angie has played a key role in fund level and portfolio transaction coordination. Her experience includes supporting a large real estate investment fund through a management transition and wind down, as well as managing acquisition and disposition workflows for a national single family rental REIT.
She is trusted for her ability to coordinate lenders and stakeholders, review title and closing documentation, support investor-facing communication, and drive complex multi-party transactions forward with precision and efficiency.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys time with her family, traveling, cooking, strength training, and Peloton rides.
