

ALEX GETTE
Alex is a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience handling subrogation, general liability, and complex property claims. Alex has successfully managed high-value cases from investigation through resolution, including handling depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. His strategic approach and attention to detail make him a strong advocate in high-stakes disputes.
Prior to joining The Keller Firm, Alex was in-house counsel for a major global insurer and was in charge of a docket consisting of $20,000,000+ worth of property claims. Alex has also been heavily involved with several claims in the eight- and nine-figure range throughout his career, in addition to his involvement with the Texas Wildfire Lawsuits and Winter Storm Uri Litigation.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Dallas and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Scholarship recipient. Alex was a Dean's List student in both college and in law school and even worked at his college's Student Success Center assisting fellow students with various writing projects.
While in law school, Alex also completed clerkships at the Harris County District Attorney's Office, the Office of the Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division, as well as one at a prominent San Antonio insurance defense firm. Alex's ability to analyze intricate legal matters and develop effective case strategies aligns with The Keller Firm's commitment to providing top-tier legal representation.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Samra, who is pregnant with their first child, as well as their two dogs. Alex is also a competitive backgammon player and boasts that he is likely the best backgammon player you will ever meet.
